Paul Phillips – President, CEO and Director

Paul Phillips, the President and CEO of Telecorp, has over 25 years experience as a telecommunications professional focused primarily on marketing, sales, customer service, call center operation, technology and application. During his career, he has served several high profile companies in the telecommunications industry. Before heading Telecorp and Euphorik Fuel Technologies, Paul was acting President of Marketeers Call Centers, where he led a Canadian/US-based team responsible for niche marketing of broadband industry products and services across North America. Eventually bringing in $14 million dollars per year Marketeers became the industry leader in N. America.

Mr. Phillips has received 3 awards from the Canadian Cable Television Association (CCTA) and one from the National Cable Television Association (NCTA) in addition to outstanding service awards from Trillium and CUC broadcasting.

Paul Phillips has succeeded in assisting the broadband industry improve their quality and quantity of business and through the development of the i-driveSALES (Sales Generator System) the nucleus of Telecorp was realized. Now teamed with i-driveCONNECTS, the Sales Generator System has brought the call centre to the customer versus the customer to the call center. The proficiency and experience Mr. Phillips has gained working with many select companies has allowed him to obtain vast knowledge of the inbound and outbound call centre environment and the telecommunication industry.

Phillips in conjunction with Marketeers Call Centers and as a consultant has worked with companies such as; Comcast, HBO, Pepsi, Showtime, Budweiser, Time Warner, Alltel, Movie Central, W.W.E., Investors Group, Service Master, Verizon, DirecTV, Rogers Cablesystems, Shaw Cable, Starz, The Golf Channel and many more. Renowned in his field for unsurpassed expertise in business management; Mr. Phillips continues to enhance marketing strategies, advertising, customer service, awareness, and support across a multitude of industries impacting corporate growth to over $14 million dollar a year.

Dave Fenwick – Vice President of Operations and Customer Service

Dave Fenwick, Vice President of Operations and Customer Service for Telecorp, has over 25 years of operational experience within the telecommunication industry. Areas of accountability focused on sales, customer service, call center operation, and people management.

Dave Fenwick began his career in 1986 with CUC Broadcasting Ltd in Toronto, Ontario, where he gained extensive sales and marketing experience, negotiated access agreements and launched a video surveillance business. In July 1995 Mr. Fenwick accepted a position with Shaw Communications. In June 1997 Mr. Fenwick was promoted to Director of Sales and Customer Service.

During his career, he has managed several of Shaw Cablesystems key regional areas, including Edmonton and Victoria. Dave earned a promotion to lead Shaw’s largest operational area in Vancouver, now responsible for one third of Shaw’s total cable revenue and managing 1,600 people in Vancouver. Mr. Fenwick was responsible for every aspect of Shaw’s Vancouver operation including, sales, installations, service, repair, new construction and programming as well as delivering the highest level of customer service within the industry.

Mr. Fenwick successfully launched “Shaw Digital Home Phone” to over 1 million homes and businesses across the Greater Vancouver Area. During this time he led a team that delivered strong revenue and income growth each fiscal. As well, the team consistently delivered strong customer growth for Residential Phone, Business Phone, Basic TV, Internet and Digital TV.

Mr. Fenwick also consistently delivered strong employee engagement results or improvement. He achieved a score of 70% engagement in Victoria for Shaw’s first ever employee survey. In Vancouver employee engagement improved to 60% from 48% in 2006, from 60% to 69% in 2008 and from 69% to 78% in 2010.

Jose Fernandez, Secretary Director

Jose is an active Telecorp Inc partner in addition to a number of affiliated counterparts with unique synergies relating to Telecorp. Mr. Fernandez currently owns Meteor Telecommunications, which is a telephony and phone system provider, Xentrax, a company that focuses exclusively on software solutions for the contact center marketplace, and VirisTek providing full spectrum e-Business Software Solutions. His customers include such entities as Purolator, Holiday Inn, Hilton, NASCAR, Red Roof Inns and more.

Euribiades Cerrud II, Esq. – U.S. Lawyer and Director

Euribiades Cerrud II, Esq. is a Member of the Florida Bar, as well as the United States District Court – Middle District of Florida. Mr. Cerrud and his expertise in Business and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Transactions will assist the United States operations of Telecorp and its global subsidiaries.

Mr. Cerrud attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics concentrating in Numerical Modeling. For his juris doctor’s degree, Mr. Cerrud attended New England School of Law (NESL) in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated in May 2001. While attending NESL he co-founded NESL’s Business Law Center together with some key players in the technology venture capital arena, including Matthew Growney, former founder and director of Motorola Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Motorola. Upon graduation, Cerrud placed in the top 25% of his class, top 1% in business and corporate law courses receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and Advanced Corporate Taxation. Subsequently, just two (2) years out of law school, he founded the transactional department at Alvarez, Sambol, Winthrop and Madson, P.A., a leading full-service law firm in the State of Florida with offices in Orlando and Miami.

Tom Ambeau, Director

Tom has had an exciting career that has had him be the founder or the point man in many successful companies. Companies like Jellco Packaging, Roll-O-Sheets, Western Electrical Manufacturing and Magnifoam. He is also presently Chairman of Dynamic Systems, Graphic Evolution and Norcoat.

Tom’s strength’s and expertise are well respected and deserved, including his involvement on many boards for Georgian College, Royal Victoria Hospital and many more.

David S. White, Q.C. Corporate Attorney and Director

David is a corporate, commercial lawyer who is the founder and director of a number of private companies including, Ticoon Technology Inc., a software company that supplies software to some of Canada’s leading financial institutions. Mr. White is also a director of MTI Global Inc., a publicly listed aerospace company that supplies thermo-acoustic insulation to Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus and Embraer.
