Telecorp Inc., a company incorporated in Cheyenne, Wyoming USA and Barrie, Ontario Canada and now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB symbol: 3TL), was founded with the vision of providing products and services to improve office automation far beyond tools that are available today. The company’s mission is to provide services that will ensure that the return on investment exceeds all expectations while providing streamline services and products that enable users to better communicate with their customers while improving efficiencies in the office and in turn ensuring client satisfaction.

Target Market Growth
- The Retail Merchant’s of Canada and Telecorp have a 5 year agreement to sell services to their members of over 60,000 clients. This agreement also gives Telecorp access to various affiliate associations and the Retail Merchants Association of United States. The value of the agreement will be about $600k first year and then growing to over a million dollars plus a year after that. This agreement alone represents $5 million over the next 5 years.
- Telecorp has contracts with over 40 politicians in the Conservative Party of Canada. With the new product we will achieve 100% penetration (1,250 Licences). We are with 10 Liberal Party of Canada offices and anticipate the same sales rate.
- Telecorp has a number of potentially large deals including Newbridge Financial, TD Canada Trust, Shaw Cable, Ministry of Health of Ontario, Rogers Cable (Paul Phillips has a extremely strong history in broadband industry), plus several other medium sized companies as well. All toll they represent about at least $2.6 million dollars a year in revenues, even if only a handful are secured.
- Telecorp has completed our I-driveSALES (Sales Generator) and I-driveCONNECTS systems which are our forefront systems. What is needed to complete is the server system, the client gateway and admin tools. Reports will be enhanced to be compatible with competition like Salesforce.com.
- The I-driveSTAFF development has been started and will be ready for market in the summer of 2010. I-driveSTAFF is a World’s First system which will revolutionize Temporary and Permanent Staffing Companies and their processes by reducing costs while increasing revenues significantly and taking the internal structure to a new level of efficiencies. The VoIP Telephony system, the backbone of voice delivery will be completed spring of 2010.
- Telecorp now has two hospitals which after the testing are complete; Telecorp will generate $1,500 plus per month and more per hospital (less for clinics and doctors’ offices). Telecorp is now a preferred vendor for the Ministry of Ontario Hospitals as key supplier with over 210 hospitals locations. Telecorp’s goal that within 2 years the company can deliver 400 hospitals and clinics.
- Telecorp is in final stages of a revised Letter of Intent with Database Intelligence (dBI) of Vestal New York, developers of well know dBase and dQuery products. http://www.databi.com
- Final stages of an agreement to acquire another software company (TBA) that has a doctor, clinic and hospital patient software management system in which Telecorp’s tools would work well with based out New Jersey, USA. The business will do about a $1.5 million dollars in revenue in 2011 with about $350k in retained earnings. They have over 500 clients with over 2,000 users.
- Telecorp is about to complete an agreement to purchase Bytexit of Finland for their data storage system. This will be a straight stock deal with a portion of revenues going to them for a period of 2 years. The company specializes in banks and construction companies storage and data recovery systems. This is a small company however they have unique resources and this will allow Telecorp to better serve our larger clients.www.bytexit.com.

Telecorp Operations Strategy
As a SaaS (Software as a Service) company, Telecorp will conduct most of its operations online. Medium size clients will have free installation and training and larger clients will have a modest installation fee, which features customize programs and innovations to increase their company’s overall performance. Sales is achieved through a multi-diverse system beginning with a totally interactive telesales department lead by a team of professionals and supported by highly qualified technical and support operators. Other sales activities include distributor acquisition, aggressive referral program, advertising, direct mail and other traditional marketing avenues.
